Te Taha Whanau - Homework

Te Taha Whanau Def: Whanau means Family. Taha Whanau means the relationship between you and your family. It also is your social well-being feeling of belonging to your family and compassion of your pairs.

10 things that ensure my family is Te Taha Whanau:

We make a great family, the six of us. We are a caring family who actually enjoy each other's company. We’ve always got each others back’s and we support our pairs when we play a sport or music or something. We encourage each other but when we say something that puts them down, you have to do 10 push ups. Us kids have been taught to be obedient, respectful, responsible and heaps more. Another great fact is that we actually clean up after ourselves, when we have dishes we rinse then place them in the dishwasher.

My Dream Successions

Walt: Create & describe goals on a doc & drawing
2020 Goals:
I dream to succeed in speaking fluently in my original language, Maori because every time we show up to the marae we look like idiots. I also want to be a very smart mathematician. I want to be fit and healthy and hopefully lose weight. The fitness will help me get through the rugby season. I’ve already put the fitness plan in action as I go for a 3k run at 6am then the school run then perhaps a 6-7k bike ride.

Future Goals:
I also want to get a job consisting of being an engineer, plumber or bakery owner and chef with my cousin Jedida. Once I have gotten a great job and have heaps of money I want to pay back my parents with a sum of 50k for all the items they’ve spent for my sake.

My Family Hero - Homework

My family hero is my Dad. He encourages me in my hard times, he’s even saved my life on an occasion when I couldn’t see a car coming and he yeeted my collar  to see me pouncing off the road and colliding with the footpath. I didn’t even care. Back to reasons why - he is responsible for his actions, he keeps me in line, He provides for the family with a nice house a soft bed and much more, I also love that he can cook, it’s quite rare these days for men to know how to cook, thankfully I certainly do.

My Dad can be bolterous at times but mostly kind hearted and complete with booming humor he tutors me new skills and ways to solve complications, he can make the most boring meeting fun just by making a beat talking to the tempo. He is a very creative man who never stops to explain to us his great new ideas. I wish to be just like him someday.
