Easter Holidays Learning Journey

Walt: Complete this slideshow with positivity

Task Description:
For this holidays we were told to complete this slideshow to keep our holidays productive. I found this very fun and being rebellious I didn't take them one for each day. I look forward to more.

My 3 Attractions - Easter Learning Journey

Firstly, I'd wanna go proper sailing in a large sailboat because when we went on a school trip to Kawau Island for a camp, our group sailed with no wind whatsoever and it was still fun but it would be even cooler to sail in a bigger sailboat with a keen wind prevailing and flooding my sails.

Secondly I'd want to visit Rangitoto and explore the life on a volcano island. Mt Wellington is amazing but it's not an island so I would want to compare the difference between the two and just to simply look around.

I'd also want to cross the sea to Devonport and have a scrumptious seafood lunch! Hmmm.

3 Quotes - Easter Learning Journey

Ohh! Again:
Now that we're at Level Alert 4 and everyone's isolated from each other, people find this as a great opportunity to go on their phones and contact my mum every 6 seconds. She has to grab her phone talk for ages then finally gets off and another person rings and it just repeats and repeats. Like seriously can I just get some time to spend with my mum! More than once she's just sat down to chill or sleep and all the while you hear her saying Ohh! Again.

Noah!:
In our house Noah is renowned for many things, but when he's got his earphones in and blasting music he tends to not listen, so you either have to yell at his face, splash water, or smack him. But even when he's just got his annoying ears he still doesn't listen which drives my mother crazy and she yell's at the top of her lungs to get Noah's attention. I on the other hand splash water, it's much more fun!

Bubble Formation:
Whenever we go outside for a family walk we do what we call Bubble Formation which is the entire family crowding and hugging Levi to protect him from any diseases the outside world offer. It's a silly rule but it actually generates laughter between the family and random people as they just see us chasing a family member and hugging them acting as a human shield. Just imagine once all this COVID-19 stuff was over we could use the Bubble Formation against random people, we'd look like a bunch of idiots.

NZ Map Locations - Easter Learning Journey

Rangitoto:
Rangitoto is it’s own island as a volcano. The volcano emerged from the sea
around 600 years ago. Right now Rangitoto Island is the largest and oldest
volcano in New Zealand.

Karekare:
Karekare is a small settlement in northern New Zealand, which possesses
beautiful black sand beaches and is fond of tourist’s. I myself am fond of
beautiful black sand beaches. I’m most relaxed when in water either calm or
wild. I prefer calm and talk to my companions and relax. When the oceans go
WILD! I find it as the perfect opportunity to have fun and get wasted by the
huge waves that charge like a battering ram.

Tane Mahuta:

Tane Mahuta is located in the far north and is famous for the largest kauri tree
in all of New Zealand. People enjoy roaming the track going in between several
other kauri trees to emerge and see the NZ famous Kauri Tree.

My Surroundings - Easter Learning Journey

Task Description:
This week I was told to draw or create my surroundings. You can see me on my Couch doing work and designing this. Of course not all of this is accurate but this is a basic design of my Real interior. I am on the second floor of my house. You can see the staircase going upstairs. I have a kitchen on the bottom left corner. A set of instruments and a Tv setup. There's also two couches meant to be of the same clour and style. A dining table fashioned wth 2 seating benches and 4 unique black chairs. We also have a sliding door which leads to a deck where we can enjoy the breeze and sunshine.
