school production 2015

Kia ora my name is Toby. this year in 2015 we had a school production. And it was cool, it was based on cinderella but we said cindy. Cindy In Da House, and that was our school production’s name.

by the time my family and cousins were at our school. We were already dressed in our costumes ready for the production. I was little Prince Charming and Marika was Cindy. I was so nervous about being Prince Charming. so i took 3 deep breaths and then I was ready.

The lights went dark. And then you would be able to see some children. I was one of them. After a while you would hear the crowd going wild, cheering. And then it came, my most nervous part of almost the whole production.

And that was when the bells went. Ding,dong,ding,dong then cindy ran off the stage and she left one of her shoes behind but I did a really funny thing, the parents were laughing hard out.

And so was I, but I didn’t know what to do with the shoe. So I just left it there but the real funny part was that I was poking some crazy faces.

At the parents & the kids. There were heaps of other parts in the production. But I only wanted to show one of them. You can see the whole production just buy the disc at pt england school. See you later!

Toby's time at Rock climbing

kia ora my name is Toby, have you ever been to rock climbing before, well if you haven’t you should come along and enjoy it. Rock climbing is a place where people climb different obstacles, you have a harness strapped to you. Which makes you safe because if you let go, you will come slowly and safely down.

          

One  day when my father, noah and levi were off snowboarding on the mountain when me Jordan and my mum were having a walk around Ohakune which is the name for the town and at the town we found a place that had rock climbing in the back room, so me, Jordan and my mum walked inside the place and went to the back room where the rock climbing was, the room was only with a little amount of people.

When we were still looking of what was going on a lady popped up and said’’hello would you guys like to go in and have a climb, she said, my mum replied and said’’ yes, it costed us 30 $ but me and Jordan were excited! The lady took us into a room and told me and Jordan to put a harness on ourselves, it would keep us safe from just falling down and crashing onto the floor.

When me and Jordan were  ready, the lady said to us’’you may go in, so we did, me and Jordan tried out different obstacles it was totally fun we took lots of photos but one time on that day me and Jordan decided to have a race and I thrashed him, after the race Jordan was so angry that he lost.

Toby's amazing story

Ki ora, and hello have you ever been to Mount Ruapehu, well if you haven't you should come along and enjoy the adventure.


Ohakune is a town  where people sometimes live in but most of them live in baches which are holiday houses. We stayed in a cool one, there was a spa and a sweet TV.
The house was also humungous. 


The trip took us 5 hours to get there. It was quite cool in the car since me, Noah and my mum were eating biscuits and listening to the car music. 



When we got there, our family unpacked the car with all our stuff in it. The next morning I woke up and awoke Jordan since the other night we had a deal that whoever wakes up first will have to wake up the other person.


 Together we watched TV, until Noah came along and joined us. But as soon as we finished a TV show named Generator Rex my dad told us to turn the TV off.


When I was finished putting my snowboarding gear on, I had a little play outside until we had to go to the mountain and snowboard down it.

I've been learning S's which you first snowboard down but at the same time you make the letter S all the way down the mountain, on the curves of the S you do heels and toes.

One time you should try snowboarding or skiing?

Swimming

When it was the middle of Kapahaka,that the timer told us we had to go to class because it was time to go swimming. If we'd stayed at Kapahaka we wouldn't be going swimming. 

So where was i again? Oh yeah...

I was at the bit when we were getting changed  into our togs in our class, but the girls get changed in the toilets. Anyhoo, I will just skip the walking to the pools.

So here we go again. 

1. In the pool we did some swimming lessons. Our teacher was Eloween and she taught the group to do back stroke and there are some more but I can't remember them. After all the swimming lessons, when we were in the middle of the pool I saw class 14 sitting on the chairs.when the other groups were getting out, our group was still in the pool, a couple of minutes ago we had to get out of the pool because our class was already lined up so Eloween told us to get out of the pool,cause we were in the middle of the pool we could have a free swim back so off we went to get out of the pool.

SHARK! Part 2

After noah, Jordan and mum in the shark cage Levi went into the shark cage, I said "wait what about mum?" but as soon as I turned around I saw mum waiting for Levi because before I turned around and looked at mum.

I heard someone calling Levi. It was mum.

When they were in the shark cage they were also holding a go pro. If you don't know what a go pro is it's a camera.

The amazing story of Kelly Tarltons

When I woke up, there was an adventure ahead of us today to Kelly Tarlton's sea life. If you don't know what Kelly Tarlton's is... It's a place where heaps of sea life and fish are. It is underground. Kelly Tarlton's is a place but a name of a man, because Kelly is the one who came up with the ideas. That's why his name is up as the title.

What's happening at Kelly Tarltons today is that my brothers are going snorkelling in the shark cage. Aunty Sammy gave us tickets from Christmas so the older boys can go in the shark cage http://www.kellytarltons.co.nz/experiences/shark-dive-xtreme/

I wasn't in the shark cage because I wasn't tall enough. You have be 1.3 metres tall to go.
I played this saw shark game with Levi and we looked around at heaps of places and took photos.
The big wiggly stingrays were my favourite because they can sting you. They looked like an eel slithering in the water!

I saw my Mum, Noah and Jordan snorkelling in the freezing cold water, holding a GoPro and also taking videos.

Next time when I'm old enough, I would want to go in the shark cage.

The amazing story of Festival One

Festival One is a Christian place where bands play music. My favourite bands are Late 80s Mercedes and Newworldson.

When we were setting up I was washing my Jandals and cleaning my feet with a drink bootle. Also I had another drink with the same drink bottle when I was having my good slushy drink. I heard a growling noise and it was my father, Anthony, I thought that he was calling someone else but instead he was calling me and he said "we've got to move the tent". anyhoo, after working we went to a place called the villege there were places where you can buy stuff. we had our coisuns with us so where we were oh yea but when we came back we had all these lolies in our hands.

Kaiteriteri

Last year on an exciting trip we went to Kaiteriteri. We were staying at Kaiteri for two weeks. We were also staying to tramp it took us a long time. Then we went on a boat. It was cold. We travled there from day to night. It also took us two days and 3 hours to get there. Anyhoo, in the morning we had to drive again but as soon as posible we saw a sign and the sign said Kaiteri so when we found our spot to setup.
